just a thought

Yesterday, I was assessing two daughters whose elderly mother was hospitalized. One of the daughters asked me, "Is this what you do all day?" When prompted to think about what I do in my line of work, I felt pretty good. "Yes, this is what I do all day," I responded. "I just go around and talk to people all day and see what I can do to help them." It feels great knowing that I get to spend my day in such a productive manner. It's rare to find a job that pays you for talking and helping out people. I am really lucky.
